These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of www.thebadgeclub.co.uk (the “Site”) and to all subscriptions purchased from The Badge Club (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We offer badge subscriptions for either 6 months or 12 months. Subscriptions are paid for in a single upfront instalment through GoCardless. Your subscription begins once payment has been confirmed. At the end of your subscription term, it will not renew automatically. You will need to purchase a new subscription if you wish to continue.
Badges are posted to the delivery address you provide when ordering. Delivery is by standard UK post unless otherwise stated. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by postal services once an item has been dispatched.
You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided no badges have yet been dispatched. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable, except in cases where goods are faulty or misdescribed. If your badges arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days so we can replace them.
All payments are handled securely by GoCardless. We do not collect or store your card or bank details. By placing an order, you agree to GoCardless’s own terms and privacy policy.
We make every effort to ensure our products are described accurately. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be published on the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
